error al cerrar programa

siempre que cierro el antivirus me sale, Mx One Antivirus dejó de funcionar, windows está buscando una solución. tengo el Windows Vista Starter. me pasa con todas las actualizaciones.

Veirfica tener privilegios de administrador  e instenta reinstalando la ultima version disponible.
